C'était la première fois que Vincent Boucena s'alignait sur 3000m steeple. Il termine 2ème mais nul doute qu'il a une grosse marge de progression sur cette discipline qui demande un entraînement spécifique pour passer les haies ... Ce dimanche je vais tenté d'améliorer mon record sur 5000m, à l'occasion des Interclubs avec mon club de Lunel Athlétisme. Ma meilleure marque réaiisé en 2009 sur route est de 17'26".
